The Master of Music at the University of Cauca is committed to the training of professionals with flexible criteria and critical thinking, with specific skills of understanding and technical and interpretive thinking of historical music and the national context, capable of integrating the different knowledge in the interpretive execution of the sound phenomenon in a holistic way, in order to generate a cultural contribution of a high level of development for the country and the region.

We are a program whose mission is to train professionals with academic excellence in skills to improve their professional performance, articulating teaching, research, innovation, extension with the other levels of the educational system and with the sociocultural context.

The International Center for Education and Human Development CINDE Foundation, a non-profit organization, offers in an agreement with the UPN National Pedagogical University, since 1983, the MASTER'S PROGRAM IN EDUCATIONAL AND SOCIAL DEVELOPMENT, aimed at professionals with experiences in the areas of Sciences Social, Education and Health.

Permanent training, research - action, and critical reflection on one's own pedagogical practice have highly significant relationships with the quality of teaching and teacher professionalization. The Master in Pedagogical Practice understands Pedagogical Practice as the teaching-research relationship in which teaching, learning, and scientific developments converge that enrich pedagogical theory, giving a new meaning and a new direction to practice.
