Baruch's MA in Arts Administration program trains the next generation of leaders in arts and culture, the Baruch MA in Arts Administration prepares students for leadership as activists, educators, and managers to ensure a bright future for the wide range of public, private, and non-profit art institutions in our field.

The Master of Arts in Administration develops the critical administrative competencies that contribute to workplace success. This graduate degree program is designed for adult learners focusing on administration, leadership, communication, and teamwork. You gain a foundation in administrative theories, applications, and approaches within the broad social, economic, technological, and political environments of private, public, or nonprofit organizations. This program fully available both in-class and online.

Education Administration offers a Master of Arts and an Education Specialist degree in Educational Administration, as well as several Kentucky administrative endorsements. The programs are designed for certified teachers who are interested in leading schools and districts in the state of Kentucky. The College of Education at Murray State University is NCATE accredited and therefore the degree programs meet the certification requirements in most other states.

The Master of Arts in Administration program is unique among graduate programs in South Texas in that it provides participants with core competencies in administration as well as essential knowledge, skills and abilities in the specialty areas listed below. The curriculum is designed to develop ethical and accountable administrators who are able to conceptualize and critically analyze complex organizational issues within their specialty areas and who are able to persuasively communicate toward a course of action that is in the best interests of those they serve.

The Master of School Administration program emphasizes leadership and problem-solving ability through the educator’s exposure to real-world experiences. An electronic portfolio creates opportunities to do the work of school administrators and establishes a “tool kit” of ideas and materials which will lead to successful leadership in schools.

Take the next step in your career with a Master of Arts in Criminal Justice Administration and Leadership (CJAL) degree from UIW. The CJAL is a graduate criminal justice program of applied instruction designed to teach students leadership skills relevant to criminal justice organizations. The coursework in critical operations, policy analysis and emergency response will provide the knowledge and skills necessary to advance a career in the many fields of criminal justice.
