The Law LLM is one of our taught Master of Laws (LLM) courses. It is suitable for graduates of any background. It offers the flexibility to create your bespoke curriculum to match your legal interests and career aspirations.

The LLM Law is designed to deepen and broaden students’ knowledge of the law as an academic subject by providing students with a systematic understanding of legal processes, methods and concepts; of the social and political context in which legal processes take place; and of appropriate theoretical conceptions of law.

The LLM in Health, Law, and Society is a distinctive programme that goes beyond traditional healthcare law studies. The programme offers an in-depth study of wide-ranging issues from health inequalities and regulation of the body to reproductive justice and mental health and wellbeing.

The LLM in U.S. Law program is designed for attorneys and law school graduates educated outside of the United States. Candidates for the LLM in  U.S. Law are enrolled in two required courses, Intro to U.S. Law and Legal Writing and Research. Other courses are electives and may be taken in any area of law. Students have the option of pursuing a Concentration in one of six popular areas of law.

The Illinois LLM - Corporate Law, Commercial Law & Trade Concentration program is designed to prepare students with or without any prior legal training to excel in their professional careers. Foreign-educated students in the LLM - Corporate Law, Commercial Law & Trade Concentration program are introduced to the U.S. legal system and provided the opportunity to specialize in their own area of academic or professional interest. U.S.-trained lawyers can also enhance their legal expertise to meet their professional and career goals in the LLM - Corporate Law, Commercial Law & Trade Concentration program.

Our International Commercial Law LLM equips you with an advanced understanding of the complex legal issues surrounding international business law, international commercial law, and corporate governance and finance.

The LLM in Sports Law is at the forefront of sports law education in the UK. It combines the academic study of sports law with a very important practical dimension, which involves undertaking case studies in a number of modules.

This online LLM in international law, representing 26 US credits (40-45 ECTS) is one of the world’s only two LLM degree programs offered by an intergovernmental organization constituted under international law (the other being offered by the European University Institute).
