The master 2 LL.M in International and European Business Law program from the Faculty of Law Lyon 3 offers students the opportunity to deepen their knowledge of European and International Business Law. The courses, taught exclusively in English by academics and practionners, fully meet the requirements of the practice of international lawyers.

The LL.M. AWArDS program is aimed at professionals, lawyers, and advanced students seeking solid and profound knowledge of international arbitration and investment arbitration. All participants will benefit from the experience of highly respected international academics and practitioners within the international arbitration, investment arbitration, and dispute resolution sectors, and with diversified and complementary roles (full-time law professors in France or from foreign countries, lawyers, international arbitrators, quantum experts, third party funders, etc.).

The courses are taught by a genuinely European team of highly qualified professors bringing together Paris-PanthéonAssas University and renowned specialists from other European Member States. The subject areas give students the opportunity to acquire a comprehensive understanding of European Law in most areas that fall within the competence of the European Union.

The core courses of this full-year program cover the major negotiated European and Global Trade and Investment Agreements and their interaction with the WTO, with a particular focus on the European Union.
