The overall aim of the Arden University LLB (Hons) with Qualifying Status with Foundation Year is to break down barriers to formal legal education by providing an innovative and flexible programme which is equally accessible to all and provides high-quality legal education which enables students to acquire knowledge, understanding and a range of practical and professional skills relating to the discipline and study of law which are applicable to a range of legal and non-legal sectors, and in a variety of geographical and cultural settings.

The MLaw four-year Integrated Master is for you if you already know that you wish to qualify as a solicitor. During the first three years, you'll study our LLB modules, while year four is designed to prepare you with the necessary skills and knowledge to take the new Solicitors Qualifying Examinations (SQE1 and SQE2). On completion of this course, you would then just need to fulfil the Qualifying Work Experience requirements of the Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA) to qualify as a solicitor.
