The Degree in Law provides the student body with a general, theoretical-practical, basic and comprehensive legal training in all branches of Law, which allows them to know and manage basic concepts of Law and achieve competencies and skills for the exercise of legal professions. It will allow you to identify legal facts and problems, draw legal consequences, and present information and solutions orally and in writing. The autonomous learning of the student body with correct ethical behavior and social responsibility constitute essential objectives of the training.

The Joint Business Administration and Law Plan allows students to simultaneously study, over five academic years, the contents of the Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Bachelor's Degree in Law, thus acquiring a versatile professional profile with great potential in the labor market.

The fundamental objective of this degree is to train professionals with a legal profile, with a global knowledge of all areas related to Law. The degree provides the general structure and the fundamental concepts of the various legal disciplines so that, on the basis of them, the people in rank can identify, analyze and solve legal problems, in free exercise, in companies and in public administrations with the functions of legal advice, representation and legal defense, giving of public faith, public management, registration, defense of legislation and the rights of citizens, judging and executing what has been judged, management and coordination in the private sphere and public, mediation, conciliation and arbitration.
