A regular two-year program requires a minimum of 36 credits. The program is shaped into six modules to fulfil the knowledge branch of fisheries. The structure of our program is divided into two plans.

Be able to process and apply knowledge in food science and integrate related knowledge to solve the problem. Be able to analyze the cause of problems in production, quality control and food safety using food science and technology principles with professional ethics and abide by laws and regulations and concern about consumers’ health and world situation.

Produce skilled, well-trained tropical agriculture graduates who are qualified to work with local or international organisations using English communication skills. Prepare tropical agriculture graduates to pursue further education or be equipped with big data analysis, sustainable agriculture, and agribusiness knowledge or opportunities for international experiences/training.

Interdisciplinary program for future leaders in food and other agro-industries. This program aims to produce graduates who have scientific knowledge in agro- industrial processing and innovation development, entrepreneurial skills, and a good level of cultural intelligence.

To build the capacity of graduate students to apply research into practice in order to solve problems in tropical agriculture. Be able to perform academic leadership in tropical agriculture.

The Ph.D. program in Agricultural and Resource Economics is intended for students who wish to develop their ability to make original contributions to scientific knowledge. Award of the degree testifies to broad mastery of economic theory, quantitative methods, and one or more fields in agricultural and resource economics.

To build capacity of graduate students for managing practical research program in order to solve problems in tropical agriculture. To provide academic knowledge of tropical agriculture worldwide. To perform research in Tropical agriculture under international standard.

The program of Agricultural and Resource Economics leads to the Master of Science degree and trains students to conduct economic research in the fields of applied economics, agricultural and food economics, resource economics, environmental economics, and agribusiness.

The IP-HSM in partnership with the Center of Excellence on Hazardous Substance Management (HSM) of Thailand is the first program in Thailand that focuses on hazardous waste management. The program offers MSc and Ph.D. degrees to students with a science or engineering background. The program provides students the opportunities to study with renowned foreign professors, Thai faculty members, and a native English class instructor throughout their studies.
