This training combines IRIS's expertise in strategic and geopolitical analysis with the experience of NGOs and recognized international solidarity actors. It responds to the major changes that this sector is experiencing (from emergency response to contributing to sustainable development goals), with the increasing complexity of intervention contexts, the emergence of new actors, and the introduction of new qualitative standards. Today, professionals in the sector must master not only the operational dimension, but also the tactical and especially strategic dimension of programs. This training combines IRIS's expertise in strategic and geopolitical analysis with the experience of NGOs and recognized international solidarity actors. It aims to develop the knowledge and skills at the heart of the humanitarian manager's profession. These are acquired by working on projects in partnership with actors in the humanitarian and development sectors. Since 2014, some forty organizations have already submitted around sixty projects to the students. The training is delivered in person with a common core combined with three specialties and remotely through blended learning.
