During this course, students will be able to study the basic principles of law, legal processes and legal concepts. They will gain profound knowledge of litigation and law application and procedures in order to operate, with adequate proficiency, in positions of Law enforcement and practice. Students will acquire a first degree in law, which would allow them to be admitted to the legal profession or to work as a legal consultant by developing skills and abilities pertinent to a lawyer, such as problem-solving, critical thinking, self-motivation and specialised knowledge of the law.

During this course, students will be able to study in-depth the principles of legal processes and concepts. They will gain profound knowledge of legal management and administration procedures in order to successfully function in executive positions in the legal sector. The course will enable students to become efficiently equipped with all the necessary skills and knowledge in order to advance in international organisations and achieve positive results when operating in executive positions.

The course aims to give students a broad understanding of research methodology. This course will provide an opportunity for students to establish their understanding of research methodology through critical exploration of research concepts, ethics, and approaches. The course introduces the principle of research, ethics and challenges, and the elements of the research process within quantitative, qualitative, and mixed methods approaches. Participants will use these theoretical underpinnings to begin to critically review literature relevant to their field or interests and determine how research findings are useful in forming their understanding of their work, social, local and global environment.
