MSc in International Security and Law International conflicts and security issues have changed fundamentally over the past decades. To understand them and to manage them requires new skills. We offer this Master’s program, taught by international researchers within the areas of international politics and international law who have trained and worked at the best universities in Europe, to develop these skills in our graduates.

On the course, you will get a thorough review of the holiday legislation, and you will be updated on the latest changes in the law. The EU has proposed that Denmark introduce new rules on the holding of holidays, the so-called "simultaneous holiday" - on this course you will get a status on this. You will thus gain an understanding of the holiday rules and get an overview of the rules and how they translate into practice.

The course focuses on the legislation within wage and salary administration, including e.g. the Civil Service Act, the Holidays Act, the Equal Treatment Act, the Unemployment Insurance Act, the ATP Act, the 1st and 2nd unemployment day and the Withholding Tax Act, as the most important. Below is an assessment of how the participant continuously keeps up-to-date when using the Internet.

The participant can help with procedures and tools in connection with a difficult conversation. The participant can manage and maintain procedures and tools to support the difficult conversations. After the course, the participant can carry out difficult conversations within limited areas.

The participant can collaborate effectively in groups in the company through active participation in problem and conflict resolution, so that consistency is ensured between the group's and the company's goals. The participants can actively reduce the processes that hinder cooperation and strengthen the processes that promote administrative cooperation in the administrative function.
