Τhe Postgraduate Programme in “Educational Leadership and Policy” aims a) to create the foundations for more effective organization and administration of schools and other educational organizations, and b) to provide students with a theoretical as well as applied understanding of the relationship between context variables of the educational system and their relationships with the roles, responsibilities and actions of educational leaders. It is deeply anchored in theory and research on educational leadership, management, administration and policy issues, as well as on contextual factors (e.g. culture, social structures, economic conditions, etc.) that influence educational institutions and leadership, teaching and learning principles.

The LLB in Law, offered through a collaboration between Neapolis University Pafos (NUP) and the University of Reading, is an internationally recognized undergraduate programme designed for individuals aiming to pursue a career in law or related fields.

The LLM in International Commercial Law, delivered at Neapolis University Pafos in collaboration with the University of Reading, is an internationally recognized postgraduate programme designed for legal professionals and graduates seeking specialized knowledge in international business law.

The School of Law at EUC holds the proud distinction of being the first autonomous law school in the country. The LLB degree is based on acquiring a thorough understanding of the legal system in Cyprus through exposure to areas such as commercial, shipping, family and criminal law. Our students are prepared for the Cyprus Bar Exam and are automatically registered with the Cyprus Legal Council.

The School of Law at EUC holds the proud distinction of being the first autonomous law school in the country. Following DOATAP’s approval of the EUC LLB’s equivalence to Greek law degrees, holders of a degree from the EUC School of Law can apply for registration in the Greek Bar Association. Through the Erasmus exchange program, students can fulfill part of the curriculum within law departments of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, the Democritus University of Thrace, the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki and the Panteion University.

International Law Undergraduate Program (LLB) established in 2020 within the Faculty of Law and will accept its first students in the 2020-2021 Academic Year. Law is a compelling and challenging practice. Its area of impact is immense. It may reach people’s daily life as well as to the operations of governments on an international level. That is why our program established to train qualified lawyers to meet the increasing demand for such legal services in our country.

The aim of the Distance LL.M. in International and European Business Law is to provide a course of advanced study to those who aspire to know the legal aspects of international and European business, in order to be able to use them in their competitive professional life. The programme’s curriculum is designed to explore the essential elements of International and EU business law and to prepare students for increasingly complex transactions and legal negotiation sectors such as banking, transport and energy.

A wide range of extra-curricular activities have proved very popular with the students. These include Mooting & Debating competitions, the Annual Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot (Vienna), Guest Lecture Series, conferences, Law Fairs and Model United Nations events, of great benefit to the students in gaining significant knowledge and understanding of the practical implications of the law.

The aim of the MSc in European Politics and Governance Programme is to provide a course of advanced study to those who aspire to become effective leaders in European affairs in both the private and public sectors. The programme’s curriculum is designed to explore the essential elements of EU policies and to prepare students for increasingly complex responsibilities in diplomacy, international organisations and the public sector, local government, and research and non-profit organisations.

The MSc in Corporate Finance with Corporate Governance programme is designed to help students recognise, understand, and attain those skills associated with success in the world of finance. Its focus is the financial decisions that must be made in every organisation.
