The purpose of education in the Faculty of Law is to develop human resources who can deal with the complex problems of modern society with knowledge, judgment, and a comprehensive perspective that can respond to the development of science and technology and changes in social structure. To achieve this, the Faculty of Law provides specialized education in a wide range of fields such as law, politics/administration, economics/management, and encourages both literary and military arts. The Faculty of Law wants students who are sympathetic to these principles and goals and who have the following sense of purpose to enroll.

Learn the basics of university life by holding down the basics of "law" You can also learn from the basics about legal subjects such as the Constitution, Civil Law, and Criminal Law, which you will not learn until you enter university. In addition, through introductory exercises and basic exercises for each course and program, you will acquire basic knowledge and skills such as reading comprehension and analytical skills. Utilize the basic skills acquired through practical learning Practical learning will be conducted for each course and program in order to improve the basic skills acquired in the first year. We will train you on the themes that are familiar to you, such as issues facing society and actual incidents, and how to think about how to solve them. Highly specialized learning for each course or program We will deepen our knowledge by dividing it into each specialized field. The main focus of the Faculty of Law is to instill in students the spirit to pursue the practical education needed in an ever-changing legal environment. The analytical skills acquired through the study of law extend beyond the legal field and touch on a wide variety of qualifications and employment opportunities, including the path to a career in public service. The Department of Law prepares students to tackle future legal issues by expanding both their legal knowledge and legal thought processes - the development of the “legal mind.” Taking a minor in English gives students an even stronger grounding in that language and rounds out their legal education with a broader international outlook.
