Take advantage of the behavior of International Economic Relations to make proposals for international trade to the public and private sectors. Make proposals for streamlining the government apparatus (ministries, autonomous institutions, customs, parliament, etc.) for the treatment and approval of foreign trade projects. Design agreements and proposals for commercial and economic integration between States. Propose rules and modifications in the field of international commercial legislation and community law.
