About: The BA Arts, Technology and Entertainment at Xi'an Jiaotong-Liverpool University (XJTLU) follows its Syntegrative Educational Model. It's co-delivered with China Culture and Media Group Zhong Chuan Fortune at the School of Cultural Technology, XJTLU Entrepreneur College (Taicang). This interdisciplinary programme blends filmmaking, television, photography, digital arts, immersive technologies like virtual reality (VR), and Creative Artificial Intelligence (CAI) through research-led projects that develop innovative, critical creative practice.
Career Outcomes: Graduates can work in film and television, immersive (VR/AR) development, digital and interactive arts, creative AI, photography, content production, creative direction, cultural technology management, media strategy, innovation and startups, and entrepreneurship.
Following XJTLU’s exciting and innovative Syntegrative Educational Model, this programme is an equal collaboration between the University and its industry partner, China Culture and Media Group Zhong Chuan Fortune, at the School of Cultural Technology in XJTLU Entrepreneur College (Taicang).
The BA Arts, Technology and Entertainment is an interdisciplinary programme that combines filmmaking, television, photography, digital arts --specially immersive technologies, such as Virtual Reality (VR)-- and Creative Artificial Intelligence (CAI).
Through a series of academic and research led projects, students develop their creative abilities to instigate and produce work that is innovative, critical and explores the boundaries and contexts of art and entertainment.
