Objective

The major is targeted to train the master candidates skilled in a variety of research teaching and engineering technology and management of Material Science and Engineering,and high-level talents with an innovative spirit. As proposed, this program would require the postgraduate students to be able to:

  1. Grasp the theories of Marxism and establish a scientific world outlook, adhere to the basic lines of the Party, love the motherland, abide the law, form a good character, behave honestly and trustworthy, strictly and cooperatively, and maintain good research ethics and professionalism.
  2. Be skilled in the basic theory basic experiment skill and systematic professional knowledge of one’s own field, know the dynamics of cutting-edge professional disciplines. Master a foreign language, can skillfully read professional literature and write papers. Skilled in computer application technology. Have engaged in scientific research, teaching and can take independent technical work. Have a strong sense of engineering and stronger managing and developing consciousness and market concept.
  3. Actively participate in physical exercise, maintain good physical and mental health quality.
