TESP is a form of convertible loan under Majlis Amanah Rakyat (MARA) for STPM, Matriculation/Foundation/Diploma graduates and equivalent who have received an offer to pursue their first degree of education in selected fields and Institutions of Higher Education (IPT).
A convertible loan means the entire education loan received could be eligible for reduction of payments based on the student's academic performance after graduation, subject to established policies.
