About: The Master in Educational Management at Vytautas Magnus University (VMU) trains managers for schools, training centers, and educational organisations. The program uses blended, technology-enhanced and self-directed learning, offers flexible scheduling, minors, international exchange and 30 foreign language courses. Many courses are taught in English by local and international staff at VMU, a public Lithuanian university with a liberal-arts approach and a colorful international community. Graduates receive a Master’s in Education Sciences and a Certificate in Curriculum Design and Development from UNESCO IBE.
Career Outcomes: Graduates take educator, educational manager, human resources developer, curriculum developer, school leader, education consultant positions; use skills in leadership, policy.
The study programme Educational Management responds to the demands of the contemporary educational systems and therefore is popular among the applicants. The study programme aims to prepare educational managers for different types of organisations involved in learning and teaching activities.
