Admission profile

To qualify for the Master's Degree in People Management and Administration, candidates must meet at least one of the following criteria:

  • Hold a Bachelor's, Diploma, or Undergraduate Degree in the area of economics and business sciences.
  • Hold a Bachelor's, Diploma or Undergraduate Degree in the field of psychology.
  • Hold a Bachelor's, Diploma or Undergraduate Degree in the area of labor sciences.
  • Be in a position to accredit at least 2 years of professional experience in any of the professional opportunities that make up the graduate profile for the Degree.

Additionally, other graduates of social sciences, law, and engineering degrees, as well as graduates of bachelor's or undergraduate degrees in humanities and sociology, may also apply for the degree. In these cases, provided that potential students cannot prove they have completed at least 12 ECTS credits in human resources management in their home degree, they must complete the following complementary training courses, taken from the Curriculum for the Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management at the International University of Valencia (official degree, published in the Official State Gazette of August 12, 2014):
