Introduction

The HRM programme is designed for management, economics, organisational psychology, and other social sciences graduates seeking a career in human resource management or changing their specialisation profile. It prepares specialists who can assess the needs of the organisation's human resources, and competencies of organisations and find appropriate ways to direct the ability of employees to promote the growth of intellectual capital of organisations and increase the added value created by the organisation.
