Victoria University (VU), founded in 1916 and receiving university status in 1990, is a dual-sector public institution based in Melbourne, with a strong presence across multiple campuses including Footscray Park, City Flinders, and Werribee. VU offers a wide range of qualifications from vocational training (TAFE) to undergraduate and postgraduate degrees. It is known for its flexible pathway options, allowing students to seamlessly transition from certificates and diplomas through to bachelor’s and higher research degrees.
