Taught on campus, it may let you complete your final year at another Vatel campus with an approved professional project. It covers technical wine and spirits knowledge, viticulture, wine-growing management and links to the professional world.
Career Outcomes: Graduates can pursue careers as a wine director, head sommelier, wine buyer, estate manager or viticulture manager, working in hotels, restaurants, wineries, distributors, wine tourism or as a consultant, and wine education.
