Key Summary
About: Vatel’s MBA in International Hotel Management trains students in hospitality management, customer satisfaction, cultural competence, and French art of hospitality. After core hotel management culture, students focus on analytical methods, strategic decision-making and apply management rules across international hospitality and tourism companies. In the fifth year students choose from 10 Vatel MBA specializations and complete a school-validated six-month final internship to practice strategic managerial functions. French is taught on campuses.
Career Outcomes: Graduates can pursue roles in hotel operations, revenue management, resort management, guest relations, and hospitality consulting. Employers include international hotels, luxury chains, tourism operators, and event management firms.
When they have acquired the basics in hotel management and professional culture, students can focus on analytical methods and decision-making as managers.
Studying key strategic rules and applying them in international companies from all fields leads students to define concrete examples of management in the tourism and hospitality management fields.
In their 5th year of school, students can choose from one of the 10 Vatel MBA Specializations.
To get used to the recruitment process, students who will soon graduate look for their own internships, in line with their professional projects. This last internship, which must be validated by the school and which lasts for six months, aims to have students practice highly strategic managerial functions.
