Entry Requirements
To apply for one of the educational programs at Vatel Bordeaux, applicants must follow the application process and comply with the appropriate entry requirements.
Step #1 Application
Candidates are required to submit their applications online.
Step #2 Entry Exam
After receiving their application and confirming their eligibility, the Admissions Team will invite the candidates to take a 2-step entry exam:
- Online tests: General and hospitality knowledge, English &/ or French, Personality test for Bachelor and MBA candidates + an essay (1 or 2 pages for MBA candidates)
- An online interview by Zoom in English or French, depending on the language (30 minutes for Bachelor candidates / 45 minutes for MBA candidates)
Entry exam fees: €130
The Admissions Team will inform the candidates of their decision within 48 to 72hours after completion of the Entry Exam. They will then send step 1 of the enrollment process in case of acceptance.
Step #3 Registration
Confirm your enrolment within 1 month after receipt of the step 1 documents.

Two major events are organised: the ‘Gala’ celebrates the end of the year before students start their internships, and the ‘Integration Weekend’, organised to integrate the new students and to transmit Vatel Bordeaux’s values.
