Introduction
Take your passion for fitness to the next level with VIU's Physical Education Diploma program. The program offers active instruction and hands-on learning. You'll graduate with the skills to work in health, wellness, fitness and performance roles. This includes jobs in municipal parks and recreation programs and in other sports programming.
Students interested in the Physical Education Diploma must apply to the Bachelor of Kinesiology. Upon successful completion of the first two years (60 credits), of the Bachelor of Kinesiology, students will be eligible to receive the Physical Education Diploma. The Physical Education diploma is the first two years of the Bachelor of Kinesiology. The diploma assists students in seeking employment in the health and fitness industry, municipal parks and recreation programs and other sports programming.
