About: UTeM’s Bachelor of Computer Science (Computer Networking) teaches computer science and IT. You’ll implement computing knowledge, design and develop ICT applications, and assemble, configure, manage and secure networks. Programme covers advanced network application development, professional recognition, critical problem-solving, clear communication, teamwork, ethics, leadership, entrepreneurship and continuous learning. UTeM holds Washington Accord accreditation and focuses on green technology, systems engineering, human–technology interaction and emerging technology.
Career Outcomes: Graduates can work in government, private sector or start businesses. Typical roles include Information System Executive, System Analyst, Computer Security Executive, Network Project Administrator, Network Programmer, Network Engineer, Network Administrator and Cybersecurity Analyst.

The aim of FTMK to conduct the Bachelor of Computer Science (Computer Networking) programme is to produce students with the following characteristics:

Course Learning Outcomes
A bachelor’s degree course in Computer Science, B.Sc. (Computer Networking) (Honours) is aimed to produce highly knowledgeable and skillful graduates in the field of information technology and communication. Graduates are competent in advanced specialized knowledge and skill in analyzing, developing, installing, administrating, servicing, and controlling computer and communication network system.
