The Special Education Master’s and Mild/Moderate Education Specialist Credential Program is designed to prepare interns for special education careers in diverse, multicultural, urban schools.

The program offers two pathways. One for candidates who already hold a teaching credential and one for those who are new to the profession. Both of the program pathways include working as paid intern teachers in Bay Area schools. This program can also include the Bilingual Authorization.
