• Our innovative 2022 G.R.O.W. to FLOW peer-based learning helps you implement classroom knowledge in real-world situations during your studies.
• All participants engage in a Strategic Consulting Practicum with Deloitte and work in teams to solve real-world business challenges. Throughout the practicum, they develop key experiential learning skills, including problem identification, research, solution development, and presenting recommendations to a panel of experts. At the end of the process, the panel evaluates the presentations and selects a winning team.
• All participants complete an EEMC-accredited Coaching and Mentoring Course as part of the program. As an add-on, they can obtain a personal coaching and mentoring accreditation, enabling them to work as certified coaches.
