Introduction

The program supports and contributes to the debates and exchange of knowledge and ideas in contemporary culture. The research conducted by both the students and lecturers in the program display the dialogues among different theories and approaches in their investigation of contemporary issues.

Graduates of the Master’s Degree Program in Cultural Studies are expected to have the knowledge of cultural theories and practices, and contribute significant ideas in the study of contemporary culture, both nationally and internationally. Course duration is 24 months (2 years), on a fulltime basis.
