Introduction

The master's in Organizational Communication and Digital Innovation is a university training in the Communication department divided into the Communication des organizations. Composed of teacher-researchers and professional lecturers, it offers to develop skills related to analyzing and implementing information and communication strategies from organizational, media, social and technical angles. It is backed by the PREFics laboratory of the University of Rennes 2.

The Organizational Communication and Digital Innovation course aims to train communication professionals for organizations likely to occupy managerial positions in different types of structures: companies, communication consulting and service delivery agencies, local authorities, associative, cultural, and medico-social sector. The training is oriented towards the acquisition of analytical and diagnostic capacities of the organizational environments where the missions will be carried out and the ability to translate these diagnoses into recommendations, argumentative strategies, and operational actions. The training also aims to train professionals to support the evolution of organizational forms in the context of digital transformation.
