Faculty of Law, Administration, and Economics at the University of Wroclaw, with its roots at the beginning of the 16th century and Alma Mater of 9 Nobel Prize winners, has the honor to welcome you to LLM International and European Law, two years' Master program with specializations:
- International Business Law
- Modern Human Rights Law.
Upon completion of the second cycle programme LLM International & European Law, the graduate will possess skills and general knowledge in the area of dogmatic disciplines of International and European law. Depending on the specialization selected, the graduate will receive specialist knowledge and skills relevant to the profile of activities undertaken by entities operating in the area of international commercial trade or engaged in various aspects of human rights protection in the international domain. Graduates of LLM International & European Law are prepared to undertake employment in all domestic and international organizations (public and non-public) requiring basic knowledge from the legal sciences.
Graduates possess interpersonal skills and the capacity to communicate with decision processes, as well as to perform the role of negotiator, mediator, and arbitrator in conflict resolution processes based on both domestic and international law. Graduates also acquire skills vital for commencing commercial activity in the international aspect. Effective functioning in the highly competitive environment of contemporary commercial relations requires knowledge of elements of intellectual property law, economics, and specific areas of legal science specific to the profile of a given enterprise.
