Introduction

Our Master of Laws (LL.M) in Global Business Law and Regulation is designed for both law and non-law graduates to enhance your academic legal knowledge of business organizations and business practice. The program immerses you in the detailed aspects of global business law and regulation, covering contemporary topics including AI and financial crime, as well as developing broad skills in legal research and important transferable skills to prepare you for employment.

This program is designed to put legal business practices into the context of the global marketplace, giving those aspiring to or already working in the industry the knowledge and skills to further their career within international corporations, legal practice, and many more areas such as regulation and compliance.

There is an emphasis in all our courses on understanding, responding to, and shaping the dynamic and changing nature of business, including consideration of the future of organizations within the global business environment, the responsible adoption of AI and other emerging technologies, and environmental sustainability.
