"Accounting" is the first officially separated economic specialty in the world. Its centuries-long development is proof of its scientific and cognitive nature. This is reflected in the wide range of modern accounting knowledge. There is no sphere in social life - economic, non-productive, financial, where accounting is not used. The authority of the specialty strongly grows in the conditions of market economy, in which accounting is the main economic information system for formulating management decisions. In the modern world, the accounting process has established itself as a logical unity of basic economic research, factual reporting, internal financial control over operations, economic analysis and financial planning.
