The Master of Science in Nutrition – Clinical Nutrition is an ACEND-accredited, intensive 16-month program that integrates graduate coursework with a Dietetic Internship (DI) and supervised experiential learning. The program prepares students for careers as Registered Dietitian Nutritionists (RDNs) through advanced study in clinical nutrition, behavioral sciences, management, and research, combined with more than 1,000 hours of supervised clinical practice in healthcare and community settings. Graduates are eligible to take the national RDN credentialing examination and are prepared for entry-level practice in clinical, community, pediatric, sports, corporate wellness, and other nutrition specialties.
The program requires a minimum of 42 credit hours completed over 16 months and includes:

- NUTR 7405 – Pharmacology for Nutrition Professionals
- NUTR 7205 – Nutrition in Acute and Chronic Illness I
- HMSE 7010 – Research Methods
