The Master's Program (MSc) "Education, Leadership and Management", of the University of Limassol, provides training in both education and leadership and management of educational units, organizations and businesses. The Program provides educational, administrative and leadership knowledge and skills to those who work or will work as teachers and those who are active in business in the field of Education.

Program quality

  • Flexibility – The absence of semesters, modern teaching methods and the flexible timetable allow the creation of an individualized study plan, adapted to the needs and obligations of each student (family and professional). Classes are held in the afternoons, 1-2 weeks each month. Students choose whether to complete the program in 14 months (full-time) or 2 years (part-time).
  • Recognition – The Program is evaluated and certified by the Agency for Quality Assurance and Certification of Higher Education (DIPAE), and recognized by KYSATS and the Educational Service Committee. Upon completion of the Program, graduates secure the necessary credits for appointment (2 credits based on the old system and 6% based on the new nomination system) and/or promotion (3 credits).
