The Master of Public Sector Management (MPSM) program uniquely prepares individuals who seek to become public sector managers in this volatile, complex and uncertain international environment.
The program is the practical, can-do management qualification for the public sector. Our MPSM aims for graduates to apply their existing skills and creativity while developing key management abilities to inspire change and innovation in their sphere of influence.
The program is nationally accredited by CYQAA and recognised by KYSATS.

Curriculum
The European Credit Transfer and Accumulation System (ECTS in short) is a tool of the European Higher Education Area for making studies and courses more transparent. It helps students to move between countries and to have their academic qualifications and study periods abroad recognized. The credits below are based on the ECTS.
To graduate, students are required to earn 90 credits as follows:
- 72 credits from taught core courses,
- 18 credits from taught elective courses or from Applied Public Sector Research Project.
