Introduction
In that nagging program in Afrikaans (Honneurs, Masters degree and Doctor degree), human existence is undercut by that simbole, mites, metaphor and drafted what mediate human existence. Soos in all those other humanities is understanding of that human existence that purpose. In that subject, Afrikaans is language and has drawn this means to this end. In order to undermine that person and the way in which that person understands the world, study the language that person uses to express this world, to sigself and to the world in which he / she lives.
This honors course offers an introductory study of African linguistics and literature, and a student should be an insight into African literary history, but also an aggressive background for textual analysis of specific texts. That ability to further investigate independently can be learned.
