This program trains experts with advanced skills in analyzing and understanding physical, economic, social, and cultural processes shaping territorial organization. It focuses on territorial design and management, with particular attention to cultural heritage (tangible and intangible), integrated territorial planning, and sustainable tourism models.
The curriculum is structured around two main learning areas: territorial context analysis and territorial planning and management. Following international (especially Anglo-Saxon) models, the course combines spatial analysis and representation with practical skills in territorial design, addressing labor market needs and enhancing the applied value of geography.
Key Features:

- Disciplines include cartography, geographic data collection and analysis, environmental sciences, economics, law, anthropology, statistics, history, and archaeology, enabling multi-scale territorial transformation analysis.
- Practical activities and labs focus on data measurement, processing, and both quantitative and qualitative empirical research methods.
- Customized study paths are possible through elective courses.
- The program offers preparation for teaching geography in secondary schools (where applicable), including pedagogy-focused courses.
- Work integration is supported by internships and placements.
- Assessment includes written and oral exams and independent project work.
