Introduction

The Graduate in Environmental Science and Risk Management has theoretical-practical knowledge in the broad spectrum of earth sciences and social sciences, which allows him to assess the environmental impact of any scenario and understand the processes involved in the conditions risk factors such as geological, meteorological, social, economic, technological, cultural and political factors. Likewise, he has the ability to know the mechanisms of the relationship between human activities and the environment, which allows him to exercise with critical judgment and social commitment the responsibilities to analyze the processes of natural phenomena that intervene in disasters. He is creative and humanistic, he faces and approaches an environmental, risk, or disaster process in a holistic manner and with professional ethics, improving the cost-benefit relationship of social development.
