    About : The Master in Management offers an in-depth knowledge of management principles and practices. The program is designed to equip students with essential skills in various aspects of business, including leadership, strategy, and operations. Students will engage in practical projects and case studies, which enhance their learning experience and prepare them for professional challenges in today’s fast-paced business environments.
    Career Outcomes : Graduates can pursue diverse career paths in fields such as consulting, marketing, operations management, and human resources. The program prepares students for roles such as project manager, business analyst, and corporate strategist, among others.

The Master’s Degree Program in Management helps to gradually develop problem-solving skills and improve the knowledge, skills, and attitude needed for taking on a managerial or entrepreneurial position in industrial and service companies or to work as a business consultant.

It allows to choose between a 2-year curriculum taught in Italian and a 2-year curriculum taught in English; both curricula focus on the integration of general and operational skills, in order to prepare the students to take on managerial roles.

Students will acquire a real specialization in the field of one of the key functional areas of business management: corporate finance, marketing or production-logistics. This knowledge can be further deepened through participation in international programs and internships, both in Italy and abroad.
