About: The MSc in TESOL Education at The University of Birmingham School of Education equips you with practical language teaching skills and research methods. You’ll join the MOSAIC Group on multilingualism, get three contact hours per week each semester, a personal tutor and dissertation supervisor, and research-led teaching: lectures, microteaching, observations, projects, and an optional 4-week Turing Scheme placement.
Career Outcomes: Graduates move into teaching roles in schools and universities, teacher training and teacher education, curriculum and materials development, assessment and testing, educational research, ELT consulting and program management, or PhD study. You’ll have priority access to QTS and iQTS.
