It also trains experts in mathematical modeling, optimization and simulation methods, and intelligent algorithms, as well as in predictive models and artificial intelligence; in industrial, business, and social applications in fields such as transportation and logistics, production, and finance, and also in Industry 4.0 technologies (such as IoT).

Title description
The Master's Degree in Computational Engineering & Industrial Mathematics is an online, English-language master's degree designed to prepare students to use advanced computational engineering and mathematics tools applied to industry. This master's degree provides a solid foundation in complex systems modeling, algorithm development, data analysis, statistics, optimization, simulation, machine learning, and artificial intelligence. Through an applied perspective, students acquire the skills necessary to solve real-world problems in sectors such as logistics, transportation, production, finance, and smart cities, among others. Although the program is online, the final exams are held in person at the UPV's Alcoy Campus.

- a) Have passed during the degree a minimum of 12 ECTS between subjects of Programming, Algorithmics, and Computing, including a minimum of 6 ECTS of Programming with a general purpose language (e.g., C/C++, Python, Julia, or Java).
- b) Complete the course "Programming for Data Analytics", which will have 6 ECTS and will be offered by the UPV prior to the start of the master's degree.
