The Master aims to offer advanced training with which the nurse

acquires specific professional skills related to management and assistance

of the patient with an emergency clinical picture.

At the end of the Master the student will be able to:

develop nursing care strategies to manage needs

clinicians of the patient in the critical area;

plan, manage and evaluate the care process quickly,

precision and effectiveness to guarantee a highly qualified intervention;

manage relationships with the client and family members and communicate effectively

with team members in stressful conditions;

manage material resources to provide effective, efficient and

coherent;

evaluate the effectiveness of prevention interventions carried out in contexts

socio-sanitary, territorial and educational;

offer advice to other operators of the Services;

operate in compliance with the rules governing the scope of the Area

clinic and emergencies.

motivate the choice of appropriate assistance interventions according to the criteria

of scientific evidence also considering the implications of health economics

of therapeutic, diagnostic, management choices;

evaluate the development of one's professional competence, identifying

training needs, strategies, and training methods

appropriate.
