Univale's new Business Administration course innovates in all aspects regarding the training of this extremely important professional for the economic and financial support of our country. In addition to the existing strategic and ethical training, preparing students to develop a holistic as well as an innovative and sustainable vision in HR, marketing, production, logistics, heritage and quality, the new course comes with a great differential by emphasizing Finance, the main existing bottleneck within companies and projects in Brazil. Thus, the new professional in Administration will be able to detect, before others, the main obstacles of a business or project, as well as to act by proposing a model of a new Management, leaner, more efficient, innovative and profitable.

The student also develops practice in academic works, seminars, lectures and in the Empreender Integrator Project, an innovative curricular activity that prepares the student for setting up and managing a business. The difference is that this experience occurs from the first to the last year of the course. In addition, students participate in technical visits and internships through an agreement between the University and companies in the region.
