The Doctorate in Contemporary Communication and Information offers university training with a high level of specialization to meet the academic and scientific needs derived from the different lines of research related to Journalism and Audiovisual Communication.
The main purpose of this Doctorate is to guarantee learning that meets the demands of students who have completed the degree in Journalism or Audiovisual Communication, and also in other degrees, mainly Social Sciences, and who wish to continue their research training. It is a program that offers multiple specialization options through already consolidated lines of work, exploring the languages and the informative and communicative possibilities of the different formats and supports. It is committed to highly qualified training and knowledge linked to permanent scientific exchange through the agreements that exist with leading European and American universities, which already collaborate with the research groups participating in the Doctorate program.
