The Interuniversity Doctorate Program in Labor Relations and Human Resources, taught jointly with the Universities of A Coruña, Oviedo and Zaragoza, is a pioneer in Spanish universities. 2. Legal aspects of the management of organizations and public administrations, labor relations and human resources. Focused on issues such as: Human rights and international labor standards; Legal aspects of the digital economy, digital administration and labor relations; Law, sustainable development and labor relations; The employment contract and labor relations; Analysis of labor jurisprudence and social security; The legal regime of public employment; Administrative intervention in labor relations and human resources; Legal aspects of tax and budget management in labor relations; Legal-commercial aspects of labor relations and human resources; Legal aspects regarding equality in labor relations and human resources in private organizations and public administrations; Productive decentralization; Multi-service companies and labor relations.
