Introduction
The competitive environment presents numerous challenges that arise from the uncertainty that characterizes the context in which we live, amplified by the volatility of the agents' behaviors; political, economic, regulators, consumers, influencers.
Hence, new strategic scenarios arise that imply greater creativity and adaptability, impose organizational flexibility and mastery of methodologies and tools that are new and sometimes come from non-traditional areas. This program aims to provide two complementary and equally important things: concrete experience with the new tools (of analysis and performance) and a space for reflection and interpretation of these new competitive contexts.
Benefits
- Contact and experience with sophisticated analysis, decision and performance tools;
- Discussion and modeling of competitive contexts and new challenges;
- Identification, analysis and discussion of the main critical success factors in the near future;
- Experience with design thinking methodologies and discussion of cases of reinvention of the activity;
- Personal and business project with support from experts in critical areas.
Goals
- Increased analytical skills in complex situations in terms of competition contexts;
- Identification of critical variables and use of methodologies and data analysis tools;
- Innovation and creation of disruptive solutions;
- Increased skills in the fields of soft skills and in the relationship and management of human, financial and technological resources;
- Integrated skills development and focus on the personal context.
