Psychology

The Psychology course at Univás is based on an updated curriculum proposal adapted to scientific advances and sociocultural changes, which allows training professionals able to provide services with quality standards and ethical principles. The course offers, from the beginning, an incentive to experience the profession through observation and practice internships, aimed at the community and also in its laboratories with cutting-edge technology, such as the Psychological Assessment Laboratory, Experimental Psychology Laboratory, Psychological Counseling and Center of Psychological Services. The Psychology course is part of the Humanities area and has a faculty composed of Masters and Doctors trained in renowned universities in Brazil. More than a curriculum that meets MEC requirements, it offers comprehensive training, with a special focus on the health area, which is widely emphasized in our internship fields. We have, mainly, a look at the dynamic movement of society and its needs.
