Program Outcome
Intended learning outcomes
At the end of the course, students will be prepared to: explain development issues and medical / biomedical / epidemiological research; plan experiences to answer questions of medical / epidemiological nature; select and apply statistical techniques to treat, analyze and model the types of data that arise in these areas; using statistical analysis and data processing software and interpreting their results; communicate effectively with professionals in the (bio) medical / epidemiological areas through oral or written presentations on the results of statistical analyzes or exploration of new techniques; working in multidisciplinary teams; update knowledge
