Introduction
Master in Engineering Physics
Complement the Bachelor in Engineering Physics, Physics or other applied Physics/Engineering Physics formation, with advanced contents in Condensed Matter Physics and Nano-sciences; Photonics and Optoelectronics; and with a reasonable number of elective courses that allow students to choose part of their formation track. These elective courses may be chosen in the principal subject of the Program or in complementary areas like Mathematics, Mechanical and Electrotechnical Engineering, Chemistry, Management.
Being a master Program, students should finish his/her degree by undertaking a dissertation or internship within a research group or in the industry, respectively. This stage should provide students with the skills to apply the knowledge to solve complex problems and to work autonomously.
After the completion of this Program, the student would have deep knowledge in Physics and the additional skills to apply it in development and innovation both in the industry and Universities and Research Institutes.
