The Master's Degree in Law and Management aims to train professionals capable of responding to the needs of an organization in global terms, preparing them not only to identify and propose solutions to the organization's issues, but also to decide and execute.
It was designed for professionals who work in companies or other organizations, as well as for those who intend to practice (or actually practice) business law or consultancy for companies, and naturally, for corporate lawyers.
In addition to in-depth training in the legal field in business, the Master in Law and Management joins the development of important skills in the area of understanding companies, their external environment, and some of the main areas of their management, such as corporate finance , strategy, marketing and people management. The result is professionals prepared to effectively face a wide variety of challenges. Due to the profound dialogue it provides between Law and Management, this Master course undoubtedly trains more informed and multifaceted professionals, capable of successful approaches to the challenges of the current reality.
The Master's in Law and Management has a highly qualified teaching staff, which combines specialists from different areas, from the Catholic University and the most prestigious universities, chosen for their high technical competence and also great pedagogical capacity.
Offered after-work hours, the course is characterized by the diversity of teaching modules and themes, also reflecting the concern for constant updating of its teaching offer, in the face of new challenges or the emergence of new branches of Law. These objectives can only be achieved by the fact that the School has its own teaching staff of recognized excellence and the collaboration of other teachers and specialists of unquestionable merit.
Taking into account current trends in Law, the School of Law is also committed to strengthening the offer of interdisciplinary subjects/seminars and also in the dimension of internationalization, not only in terms of teaching but also in the offer of training internships.
This master's degree has 90 ECTS, of which 60 ECTS correspond to the teaching phase, which takes place in two semesters, and 30 ECTS to the dissertation, corresponding to one semester.
